8 years. Certified Databricks engineer.

Built AI products for GCC clients.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

The same story, again and again.

Honestly, I see the same pattern in almost every conversation.

Most people I speak to know SQL and ETL well. Where LangChain or vector databases fit — that part is blank

In sprint meetings, LLM pipelines come up. They nod along, then go home and open five browser tabs.

Two or three courses, done. None of it has shown up in their work or one appraisal conversation.

Full-time work leaves real hours to protect. Every new resource they find asks for more time than they have.

The problem is not the skills. It is never having a specific, ordered build plan to follow.

WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH

Three things, in forty five minutes

This isn't a "let's get to know each other" chat. You leave with decisions made.

ONE

Your exact three tools, written down

Three AI tools — ranked by where you are right now. Not a general list. The exact three that make sense to learn first.

TWO

A week-by-week build plan

A specific week-by-week sequence to build your first AI data pipeline. Based on your current stack. Something to act on immediately.

THREE

One skill gap, clearly named

Most people cannot name what is holding them back. We name it together. One clear gap changes how every next step looks.

The written skill-gap map, the three tools in order, and the build plan — all yours to keep. Whether or not we ever work together, you leave with something concrete in your hand.

THE HONEST BIT

Why is this free?

Honestly, I run a few of these calls every week. It keeps me sharp on where data engineers are stuck right now. Some will want to join the Launchpad after. That is the honest reason.

Most people on this call will not go on to work with me. Don't worry — that is completely fine. The plan is yours either way. I would rather be useful than push the wrong person in.

No deck. No pitch. No pressure. We look at where you are, name the gap, and build the plan. That is all this call is.

WHO'S TAKING THE CALL

I've been where you are.

Advait Saraf — I mentor data engineers making the shift to AI.

Honestly, I spent 8 years building data pipelines before I touched my first LLM integration. That gap between traditional ETL and AI pipelines is real. I know exactly where experienced engineers get stuck — basically because I was stuck there too.

  • 8 years in data engineering — certified Databricks Data Engineer Professional and Gen AI Associate.

  • Helped a GCC client build AI products that went into production.

  • Helped working professionals move from traditional pipelines into AI data engineering within 90 days.

PEOPLE WHO DID THIS

What happened after their call

I had applied to about forty jobs with no reply. In thirty minutes Anjali told me I was applying for the wrong level. I changed two things on my CV. Three interviews the next month.

Sneha R.

Back as a Senior Analyst after 4 years

The gap question terrified me. She gave me two lines to say. I used them word for word and the interviewer just moved on to the next question.

Priya M.

Operations role after a 6-year break

What I valued most was that she didn't sell me anything. I got the plan, I did it myself, and I emailed her nine weeks later to say I'd got the job.

Fatima S.

Returned part-time, then full-time

HOW IT WORKS

Three steps. Then we talk.

1

We map the exact three tools you need first

and the order to learn them — so nothing is wasted.

2

We build a week

by-week plan for your first AI data pipeline, specific to where you are right now.

3

You leave with a written skill

gap map you can act on the same day, not a vague next step.

What actually happens in the 30 minutes

No pitch deck. No pressure. Here's the whole thing.

0–8 min

Your story

Hello, how are you? We talk about where you are right now — your current stack, your experience, what is actually working.

8–18 min

The honest read

Honestly, we look at the gap. Which three tools matter first, and why the order matters more than the list.

18–27 min

We build the plan

We sketch your week-by-week build plan — one real AI data pipeline, built by you, using real tools.

27–30 min

If the Launchpad fits, I will say so once. If it does not, I will say that too.

30 minutes. A written plan the same day.

BEFORE YOU DECIDE

Fair questions

Is this call actually free?

Genuinely free. No card, no deposit, no trial. I keep five slots open each week because it's how I meet the people I eventually work with — and because most people only need the one conversation.

Will you try to sell me something over the call?

Honestly: if I think longer support would genuinely help you, I'll mention it once in the last three minutes. If I don't think it would, I won't bring it up at all. Either way you keep the plan.

I never touched Langchain or vector databases. Will I be completely lost?

Thirty minutes on Google Meet. Camera on is nicer but not required — plenty of people join audio-only and it works just as well.

I have a full time job. Do I have enough time for a 30 minute call ?

The longest break among the women I've worked with was eleven years, and she's employed now. Length matters far less than how you explain it and which roles you go after.

Who should not book this call?

Nothing. Bring your CV if it's handy — if it isn't, don't worry. Just find thirty quiet minutes where you won't be interrupted.
